Predictive sales and marketing platform Infer launched a new sales and account intelligence application at the SiriusDecisions Summit in Nashville, Tennessee. Called Infer Glance, the tech solution is aimed at providing Salesforce users with more actionable predictive insights.
Infer Glance was developed to provide businesses with the most complete view of each contact or account by shedding light on key prospect attributes and analytics from Infer's predictive models, directly within a company's CRM or marketing automation platform.
"Companies today are moving beyond opaque lead scoring strategies and demanding technologies that extract more transparent and actionable intelligence from data," Sean Zinsmeister, senior director of product marketing at Infer, said in a statement. "Infer is at the forefront of this movement, and Glance is another addition to the platform that underpins our mission to empower sales and marketing teams by making predictive models more open, accessible and easy for sales reps to understand."
Infer Glance summarizes predictive account, contact and lead scores, as well as top signals behind each score to provide sales reps with account intelligence on a prospect's business model, the technologies they use and website engagement.
The solution is also fully customizable, allowing companies to highlight the top positive and negative prospect signals that are most relevant for their business. Glance also gives sales reps the opportunity to share feedback about whether they think a certain predictive score should be higher or lower.
Infer customers including AdRoll, AppDynamics, Bitly, Druva and Nitro have been leveraging the solution before the official rollout, and have been impressed thus far.
