Rockefeller's Do Not Track Legislation 'Unnecessary,' DMA Says 
Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.V., on Monday introduced a Do Not Track bill in the Senate that would require companies to concede to consumers who opt out of online behavioral advertising, something the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) says its Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising already accomplishes.
