 Dial 800 announces that a triad of its optimization tools are now available for private labeling to agencies looking for an edge in the marketplace.  REVShare appoints Karen Bressner as chief revenue officer and executive vice president for sales and marketing. Bressner began her duties in November and is based in REVShare’s new New York office.
