Allstar Marketing Group LLC is awarded a preliminary injunction order aiding the company in protecting some of its most popular properties, including Aqua Globes, Bumpits, Snuggie and Strap Perfect. The ruling, handed down on March 3, requires the removal of Allstar Marketing Group property names and images and any variations of those marks from unauthorized Web sites – specifically those operated by Hotproducts4less and Gadgets and Gizmos Inc.

“The Edge,” Razor & Tie Entertainment’s collection of the biggest rock hits of recent years, catches this week’s Billboard Top 200 by surprise by debuting at No. 4 and by selling 53,141 copies in the first week. The release, available through DRTV as a three-disc set, can also be bought at traditional retailers.
