Beanstalk Marketing Group completes its expansion to New York City. Opened in November, the midtown Manhattan office places the performance-driven media company into the heart of the TV cable and broadcast industry, allowing for further expansion and enhancement of its comprehensive network of TV stations and networks.

Money Mailer promotes John Gramata to vice president of marketing from director of marketing analytics. Gramata will now be responsible for the execution of brand strategy, interactive initiatives and marketing communications.

Mobile marketing company Hipcricket hires Doug Stovall as senior vice president of sales. Stovall has won business from Staples, Urban Outfitters, MGM Casinos and Conde Nast, among other top brands. Also, Hipcricket announces that Journal Broadcast Group, a division of Journal Communications Inc., has selected the mobile marketer to be its exclusive partner corporate-wide. The companies have done business since 2007 with six stations currently employing Hipcricket to drive sales, engagement and time spent listening and watching.

Hank and Arleen Rossi, principals of EEC, merge their corporate identities, personnel and resources with SKO Brenner American.

Epsilon will provide a comprehensive direct-to-consumer marketing solution, including database and data management, consumer data integration, permission-based E-mail marketing services, multi-channel campaign management and interactive Web services to Kraft Foods Inc. Kraft Foods is the world’s second-largest food company with annual revenues of $42 billion. Also, Quinn Jalli joins as vice president of deliverability and ISP relations.

Listen Up Espanol (LUE), a U.S. Hispanic call center specializing in DRTV campaigns, increases its service offering to include outbound and Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) calls.

The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) names Robert Allen interim president and CEO. Allen, the former president and CEO of The Vermont Country Store, assumed the role on Feb. 5 in DMA’s New York office.
