Trudeau wants the Commission to admit that its news statements about his settlement are false and misleading, that it exceeded its authority and that it was wrong to ban him from infomercials. Trudeau wants the Commission to "correct" its misleading statements, and he is seeking monetary damages for an undisclosed amount.
