As part of the deal, according to AP, Direct Holdings purchased an exclusive, long-term global license for the Time-Life brand in the direct marketing of music, video, books and educational software.

SendTec Wins Tickle Creative and Media Account

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Tickle Inc., a leading interpersonal media company providing self-discovery, matchmaking and social networking services, selects SendTec Inc. as its creative and media agency of record. SendTec, the parent company of DirectNet Advertising (DNA), Creative South and iFactz, will be involved in all aspects of Tickle's offline advertising campaign, including conception, creation, execution and response measurement.

DNA and Creative South will develop and place Tickle's new offline campaign, while measurement of online response to the campaign will be handled by iFactz.
