MTV Networks announces five staff members have been promoted from account executive to sales director in its DR/long-form sales group: Jill Toufayan, Shirin Peykar, Jessica Finder, Adam Tucker and Keith Minarik.

Litle & Co., a provider of payment processing solutions for card-not-present merchants, releases “Recurring Transactions Best Practices,” which helps merchants take advantage of recurring transactions by converting traffic into long-term customer relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.

3PL Worldwide, the third-party logistics provider, is increasing its West Coast operations to include a 160,000-square-foot warehouse in Pico Rivera, Calif. The new warehouse is a complement to 3PL Worldwide’s 150,000-square-foot warehouse in Milford, Conn. Together, the two facilities give 3PL Worldwide complete bi-coastal coverage to service direct response, E-commerce and catalog marketers.

Stein Mart Inc. will open the first of six new warehouse locations May 4 in Dallas. APL Logistics will manage the 32,000-square-foot operation – along with an Atlanta location that will open this summer – as Stein Mart revolutionizes the way it supplies 280 stores in 30 states.
