Cannella Response Television passes the $1 billion mark in media analysis with its proprietary Media Star software. Media Star has been in use for 10 years and provides customized analysis and reporting for Cannella’s clients.

Blue Moon Studios of West Patterson, N.J., wins multiple awards from Jordan Whitney’s Greensheet Awards for Infomercial and Short-Form Excellence for 2007. The winning ads include: Best Short-Form Production of the Year for Wallet Pix; Best Short-Form Direction for Craft-Lite Cutter; Best Short-Form Electronics Product Presentation for My Lil’ Reminder; and Most Innovative Short-Form Hardware Presentation for Handy Switch.

Channel M, an out-of-home video advertising company, has completed Series C financing from Intel Capital. Funding will be used to expand Channel M’s digital content distribution networks, as well as the sales and marketing infrastructure.

Alec Gerster joins Navic Networks – a television advertising solutions agency – as CMO. In the newly created position, Gerster will be responsible for broadening industry awareness and usage of Navic’s sophisticated digital targeting and optimized TV advertising technologies.
