Senior Vice President, Household Marketing
Direct Holdings Global
Tim Pearson joined Direct Holdings Global (formerly Time-Life) in 2011 as senior vice president, household marketing, to head up the company’s diversification into kitchen, household and beauty products. The recently launched Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven (featured in the March cover story of Response) is the latest example of DHG’s strategy to bring high-end, celebrity-driven products to market in a multi-channel approach. Prior to joining Direct Holdings, Pearson was vice president/general manager of GAIAM, managing its infomercial team, and vice president of marketing at Sony Music Direct, which launched Sony Music’s direct-to-consumer efforts in 1999. Earlier in his career, the 25-year veteran of multiple marketing disciplines also worked for NFL Films, Wunderman/Cato Johnson, and PolyGram Video.
