The Perils of Undisclosed Call Recording in California

Those that don't can face stiff penalties, both criminal and civil. Nowhere is this currently more true than in California, where the courts have been flooded with class actions brought under the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA).

DRMA Spotlight Update: InterMedia Group of Companies — 'Staying a Step Ahead'

In May, we turned the Direct Response Marketing Alliance (DRMA) Spotlight on the InterMedia Group of Companies®, a collection of 13 business units based in Woodland Hills, Calif. (with an office in New York) that, combined, create an agency with media billings of $600 million. Robert B.
