DRMA Terms and Conditions

Mission
The DRMA is dedicated to providing its members access to the Direct Response industry’s most valuable information and exclusive events to enhance business.

Members
Membership in DRMA is open to individuals and organizations involved in, or associated with, the Direct Response industry and related products and services. Members represent a broad spectrum from professional marketers and brand companies to direct response marketing service suppliers. Categories of membership include:

  • Direct Response Marketer and Advertiser of Consumer Products/ Services 
  • Media Agency/ Buyer 
  • Television/ Cable Network/ Station 
  • Suppliers of Direct Response Front-end Services 
  • Suppliers of Direct Response Back-end Services 
  • Other

Membership Dues
Membership is for 12 months and is based on an anniversary date basis. The date on which you join is your anniversary date. Membership dues are due and payable each year by your anniversary date. Each year DRMA will send an invoice.

The DRMA shall send a “past-due” notice to each member who has not submitted dues by the fifteenth day of the month after the member’s anniversary month. Members who fail to remit dues by the last day of that month shall be considered delinquent. Any and all member benefits may be suspended at the expiration of a membership year until such time as dues are paid for the subsequent year.

Benefits Eligibility
Must be a current member at the time of purchase, and a current member at the time services are rendered, to receive discounts.

To be eligible for the Marketer of the Year Award, a member must be a Direct Response Marketer and Advertiser of Consumer Products/Services. An application fee applies.

Must be a current DRMA member to sponsor DRMA events and activities.
