Years in Business: 23

Annual Revenue: $500 million (approximately)

Top three reasons for your company's success during the past year:

  1. Focus: During 2017 planning, we were diligent about taking a zero-based approach to budget allocation. We identified what initiatives were most important and set clear goals against them, while identifying and scuttling side projects that did not have significant business impact.
  2. Full-funnel approach: We built a full-funnel approach that builds the brand, positively impacts DR metrics, and sets us up for future success.
  3. Media and messaging integration: We adapted ad creative for the media environment, and conversely, identified contextually relevant placements for the messaging. And we continuously tested and optimized copy to drive improvement.

Company's top accomplishments in the performance-based marketing industry in the past 12 months:
In 2017, we're making Monster "roar" again. We've re-invigorated our brand equity through a multimedia campaign, reaching more than two-thirds of U.S. millennials, and increasing our ad awareness by better than 50 percent. We've brought more users into the franchise, growing new accounts by 43 percent, year-over-year (YoY). We've gained more productivity from our user base, growing job views by 31 percent YoY, and thereby driving success for our employer customers.
