This year, Ideavillage identified an untapped universal problem in the electronic and beauty arenas and set about creating solutions. As a result, the Company developed, manufactured, and sold, a quality external speaker that allows sound, previously heard only through earbuds, to be shared with friends via a small, portable and rechargeable speaker unit. In the beauty arena, pedicure products were heavily reliant on manual filing and clipping. The Company developed and manufactured an automated system that passed quality and performance testing by Spa technicians before taking the product direct to consumer. Innovation, quality, and their $14.95 price points proved once again that consumers respond favorably to items that meet truly meet their need and solve everyday problems

 

Company's accomplishments in the DR industry in the past 12 months:
Ideavillage has continued to improve upon its media buying and effectively and consistently lowered the cost per order. Media results are constantly monitored, with buys adjusted quickly. Call centers and online order processes are being constantly streamlined to improve customer experience and satisfaction. As a result, returns, cancellations and complaints are on the decline while sales continue to rise.
