BREAKING: Trudeau Convicted of Criminal Contempt After Jurors Watch Infomercials  
CHICAGO – TV pitchman Kevin Trudeau, 50, was convicted of criminal contempt Tuesday, based on accusations of violating the terms of a decade-old consent order in which he promised the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) he would stop making misleading ads, the Chicago Tribune reports. He was ordered held immediately by U.S. District Judge Ronald Guzman, and taken into custody.

Amazon Customers in L.A., N.Y. to Get Sunday Postal Deliveries 
SEATTLE – Amazon and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) have announced a deal that will deliver goods to Amazon Prime customers in the Los Angeles and New York City areas on Sundays during the holiday season at no charge beyond the normal $79 yearly fee the members already pay.

DirecTV Considers Aereo-Like Service

comScore reports September was the busiest month ever for newspaper digital traffic, with 141 million U.S. adults visiting a newspaper website or using a newspaper mobile app. That figure is up 11 percent over June and represents 71 percent of the country's total online adult population.
