Privacy Issues Continue to Push FCC, Congress to Act 
WASHINGTON – The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is rejecting a plea from the ad industry to extend the comment period on proposed privacy rules that would limit some forms of behavioral targeting. Comments on the privacy proposal are still due by May 27.
