EXCLUSIVE: As Seen On TV Announces Strategic Inventor Partnerships

CLEARWATER, Fla. – Response Magazine reports that As Seen On TV Inc. (OTCQB: ASTV), a leading multi-platform product marketing company and online shopping destination, announced a strategic partnership this morning with Lightning Launch, a prominent direct response product company, and Invention Home, a leading product development and marketing company for inventors and entrepreneurs.

Under the arrangement, As Seen On TV will significantly increase its participation in new product origination and licensing in the direct response and As Seen On TV product categories. The three partners will assist inventors to refine their concepts, produce prototypes, develop manufacturing details and negotiate licensing arrangements for the direct response, live shopping and mass-market retail channels.
