DRMA Announces Nominees for 2015 Marketer of the Year Award

Defending Winner Tristar Products Returns to Competition, Joined by New Entrants DraftKings, Bare Escentuals

SANTA ANA, Calif. – The DRMA – the alliance for performance-based marketers – and Response Magazine are proud to announce nine nominees for the Seventh Annual DRMA Marketer of the Year Award.

The 2014 winner – Tristar Products – is nominated to defend its crown, joining eight other companies that have enjoyed tremendous success during the past 12 months: long-time beauty leader Bare Escentuals; fantasy sports behemoth DraftKings; real estate investment education company Fortune Builders; 2013 DRMA Marketer of the Year SharkNinja Operating LLC (formerly Euro-Pro); As Seen On TV retail leaders TELEBrands and Top Dog Direct; and fitness powerhouses Total Gym LLC and Zumba Fitness LLC.

The DRMA Marketer of the Year Award recognizes the outstanding performance, accomplishments and innovation of a marketing company utilizing direct, digital and data-driven marketing. Previous performance-based winners include Tristar Products (2014), Euro-Pro LLC (2013), SENSA Products LLC (2012), Hearthware Inc. (2011), Your Baby Can LLC (2010), and Allstar Marketing Group (2009).

As always, the winner will be determined by an E-mail vote of more than 5,000 eligible voters from across the industry. Third-party independent online election company Balloteer will contact DRMA members along with other industry leaders to take part in the balloting, which takes place between Wednesday, Sept. 9, and Friday, Sept. 18. The finalists and winner will be announced during a special event on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the luxurious Drai’s Rooftop Nightclub, located atop the Cromwell Las Vegas hotel at the historic corner of Flamingo Road and Las Vegas Blvd.

The 11th-story capstone of the stylish Cromwell, Drai’s Nightclub provides an unrivaled view encompassing the neon-drenched strip and beyond.
