Best Practise Guide for Email Blasts
  • Advertiser to provide Response with a HTML email blast which includes a boiler plate that hosts an unsubscribe link and a physical address (can not use a PO Box).  For Best results, your header should not be larger than 650x100 pixels and no more than 25% of your HTML email should be images 
  • Advertiser to provide Response with their desired SUBJECT LINE for the email blast.  For best results it should 25 characters or less and it should include little to no punctuation
     
  • Advertiser to provide Response with thier desired FROM LINE for the email blast.  For example, FROM company xyz
     
  • All custom email artwork needs to be sent to Kathryn Flinn 5 business days prior to the distribution date at kflinn@questex.com.  If there are questions, Kathryn can be reached at 714.338.6734
     
  • In addition to the advertiser’s boiler plate, Response will include a Questex Media Group, LLC. boiler plate (standard for spam laws).  Response will manage your opt-outs and will only distribute your message to our opt-in email audience of roughly 18,500 subscribers.  Should an advertiser have multiple custom email blasts scheduled, Response will send their message to only our opt-in audience that has not unsubscribed from previous email blasts from that advertiser.
